Q1: What metal product do you coat? Shape? Size?

The product information determines the size and type of powder spray booth, such as KF-1115 is for small parts application, KF-2315 can be used for bigger size parts. The price of different size booth varies a lot.

Q4: What is the required production capacity?

Manual powder coating booth for small and normal production. Automatic powder spray booth with auto powder gun equipment, reciprocator, conveyor system achives high automation and productivity.

Q3: Do you have many powder colors need to be frequently changed?

If you have limited budget and small production, choose filter powder spray booth, changing filters when changing powder colors. If have higher requirement, choose a cyclone powder booth to achieve fast and automatic powder color change, especially used in automatic line. 

Q5: What is your local voltage?

Before production, we must confirm your voltage, we can customized based on your local, 110V/220V/380V/410V, etc.

For powder spray booth or large quantities orders, if reach to a certain dimension, we can ship you by a full 20’ or 40’ container. That is much safer.
