Overhead rail and rotating hangers for easy loading of workparts.  2 sets of energy-saving lights increase the accuracy of coating jobs. 

PLC Control

Easy-to-use PLC system allows users set solenoid valve working which controls the filter cleaning, as well as start/stop the fan motor,

Powder Collector Funnel

The oversprayed powders released from filters will drop into a funnel which can be taken away for fully emptying and efficient recycling

Air Circulation Fan

4kw centrifugal fan motor with strong extraction volume from 6000Nm3/h to 13000 Nm3/h, powerfully draw air into the booth and passing through the filters.

Air Filter for Fan (Optional)

Connect with fan with a final stage filter to prevent ultrafine powder entering to the workshop air, ensures extremely dustfree of vented air.
