Quality Control Goal

 A   One-time testing pass rate ≥90% and increase by 1% each year.
 B   Customers’ satisfaction rate≥90% and increase by 1% each year.
 C   On-time deliveries rate ≥90% and increase by 1% each year.

Quality Control Activities

  1. Implement position management   
Each position from raw material test to production process and final inspection should be managed as per standard guidance paper. Make pre-professional training for production and inspection staff, only employ qualified workers.  
  2. Inspect each procedure strictly  
Inspect each procedure before converting to next step. Mark and register unqualified products. Pack and deliver qualified products.
  3. Record quality inspection strictly  
Keep the quality record real and clear in time for tracking.
  4. Hold the meeting about quality regularly  
Every Monday morning from 10：00 to 12：00, we hold the meeting to discuss procurement, production and customers’ complaint. Once problem occurs, correction will be done timely so as to improve production technology from time to time.
