The rear-mounted filtration unit including 4 pcs cartridge filters keeps your cabin clear of particulate and is perfect for batch coating operations and reach to 98% powder recovery rate. Those filters are quick-release type which is easy to replace when changing powder colors.
4kw centrifugal fan motor with strong extraction volume, powerfully draw air through powder booth filter and ehaust the air back to the atmosphere free of powder particulars.
Reliable and easy operation, the PLC panel allows users to stop and start fan motor, set working times of solenoid valves which controls the filter cleaning, also has powder collector lifting switch and emergency stop switch,
A removable powder funnel beneath the filters will collects powder overspray for easy recycling, and ensures powder purity.
