Our powder coating oven designed with ground trolley system allows holding batch of workparts with for easy transportion. The combination of inner cart & outer cart ensures the curing chamber always stay clean, and the cured parts are in pure color. Heating source can be electric, gas, diesel as you required.
Kafan curing oven provides uniform heat distribution for the parts thanks to the circulation fan, resulting in quality cured effect. The 100mm thickness rock wool board always keeps the inner chamber warm. It rapidly raise to required temperature, save production time. The whole process is reliablely controlled via PLC, which allows you setting precise heating temprerature and duration.
