The walk in powder paint booth is ideal when coating large, bulky or heavy parts. With 12 pcs of cartridge filters for highly efficient powder recovery and ensures a dustless workshop. As the name suggests, operator could walk into the booth chamber and medicously coat the object from all directions
The walk-in spray booth configures a 4kw centrifugal fan motor with strong extraction volume powerfully draw clean shop air through filter and exhaust the dustless air back to the atmosphere. And we apply PLC control system to easily set the fan working and automatic pulse-jet cleaning for filters. The cartridge filter is quick-release type, fast for replacement and color change.

Kafan curing oven provides uniform hot air distribution thanks to the circulation fan that ensures the coated parts cured with consistent color. The Riello gas/diesel burner enables a rapidly raise to required temperature, save your production time everyday. The 100mm thickness rock wool board always keeps the inner chamber warm. The whole process is reliablely controlled via PLC, which allows you setting precise heating temprerature and duration.
