Kafan electric powder coating oven always maintain the required temperature with uniform hot airflow throughout the entire chamber, which ensures optimal curing circles without any color difference for the metal surfaces. The curing oven equipped with trolley system has enough space for holding batch of metal parts.

Powder Coating Oven Trolley System

The industrial powder coating oven is standardly configured with trolley system for easy loading and transporting of batch materials

It combines with an internal frame loading the workparts that is pushed into the chamber for curing process, and an external one transporting the internal trolley for easily loading and unloading.

This system is ideal for handling big batch of small or big parts that takes full utilization of oven space.

The 4.5 meter long length powder coating oven allows a big batch of small workparts gets curing process after electrostatic spraying, as well as accommodates medium-to-big shape workparts such as furniture cabinets, metal doors, aluminium frames.

PLC Control Panel

The powder-coating oven is easy to operate thanks to the PLC control unit with, it offers all features and flexibilities to achieve precise heating process.

Temperature and time can be digitally set with accurate value, and read in LCD screen.

Other functions such as: Power switch, emergency stop, fan start.

Electric Heating Element

Our electric heating element uses a certain quantity of 1.5kw U-shape electric heating tubes, uniformly distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency. Covered with mesh plate, those tubes are easy for maintenance.

Powder Coating Oven Material

Interlayer is 100mm thickness rock wool board that always keep the chamber warm and minimize the heat loss.

Inner wall is 1mm heat-resisting galvanized steel for heat preservation

Outer wall is anti-rust color steel, durable and long lifespan.

Circulation Fan

Powerful fan circles hot air in the oven chamber, ensures uniform heat distribution with temperature stability less than 3 degree, creating quality finish effect with no color difference.
