The oven system is standardly equipped with a pair of trolleys: internal one and external one. Internal trolley designed in the form of a frame to loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External trolley is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation.

It is a superior solution that allows loading batch of workparts taking full utilizing of oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.

Powder Coating Oven Material

Interlayer is 100mm thickness rock wool board that always keep the chamber warm and minimize the heat loss.

Inner wall is 1mm heat-resisting galvanized steel for heat preservation

Outer wall is anti-rust color steel, durable and long lifespan.

RIELLO Gas Burner

Italy Imported RIELLO gas/diesel burner, takes full utilization of fuels, making chamber rapidly and raise to required temperature. The high performance burner features reliable working and energy-saving.

Circulation Fan

5.5kw Powerful fan circles hot air in the oven chamber and ensures uniform heat distribution with temperature stability less than 3 degree, creating quality, durable cured effect without color difference.
