Specially designed powder coating booth is made for LPG tank, fire extinguisher or other cylindrical shaped products, which applied in their automatic powder coating line. There're tunnel track with rotatable hangers installed on the top of powder booth, ensures cylinder or round products can be completely coated.
With one automatic reciprocator working station and one manual repair coating station, allow 4-6pcs auto spay gun moving up and down to coat the cylinder body. Also Equipped with 2pcs auto powder gun at the bottom to spray the bottom of the cylinder, and 2pcs auto gun fixed at the top to powder coat the top of the cylinder.
4 Pcs of high quality cartridge filters forms a recovery stage, with a 5.5kw fan motor, effectively collect oversprayed powders, reach a 98% powder recycling rate. The filters are easy for changing.
A removable powder hopper beneath the filter stage, the released powder will directly drop into the hopper for easy recycling.
The working of fan motor and filter's pulse-jet can be set through the PLC control panel.
The powder booth is made from cold-rolled steel plate welded with surface powder coated, durable and wear-resistance.

Use a powerful fan motor draw air to the powder booth forming negative pressure in the chamber, which prevents powder escaping outside. During the powder coating, excess powders and airflow pass through the cartridge filters, then clean air is discharged to the atmosphere. The powders accumulate on the cartridge filters, as the pulse-jet filters works by solenoid valve, powders are cleared from the filters and drop to a removable powder collector. Thus the powder utilization reaches high and the filter life is extended.
