Automatic Powder Coating Guns

Powder Coating Reciprocator

1  Frequency-adjustable powder coating gun mover is specially designed for high quality and high productivity automatic powder coating application.

2.User-friendly PLC control system allows quick job changes, with 20 storable programs for automatic selection of stroke and speed  for different parts individually.

3. This heavy-loaded powder coating reciprocator with great reliability is able to carry up to 2-12 pcs spray guns.

4. Our reciprocator makes stable and precise movenment for increased uniformity of powder film thickness and always reduces powder consumption.

Powder Feed Center

1 Powder feed center works in the powder coating line that connects powder recovery booth and spray gun for continuously powder recycling and feeding.

2 The oversprayed powders from booth will be transferred to this system, firstly sieved by vibratory sieving section then drop into the big hopper mixed with fresh powders.

3 A big volume closed powder container suppots for high speed powder coating line without any powder escaping.

4 PLC system with touch screen integrates all functions you need. It control everystep of powder coating line, such as powder feeding, powder spraying, powder recovery, equipment and pipe cleaning, etc

Cyclone Powder Coating Booth

1. Cyclone system achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. The quick cleaning takes around 15 minutes, reduce downtime during color changes.

2. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.

3. The self-cleaning floor continuously transports dropped overspray from the booth floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.

4. Booth wall can be made of anti-static engineering plastic, which prevents powder accumulations and accelerates powder cleaning.

Powder Curing Tunnel

1.Powder coating oven applies a dry, colored powder to metal parts and then heat them to form a durable and corrosion-resistant coating.  

2.Tunnel oven are used for large-scale or continuous production of powder coated parts in automatic powder coating line, as they can reduce labor costs and increase production. 

3.Maximum powder coating efficiency is obtained with high capacities by means of this curing tunnel system.

4.Our tunnel oven is made of 100mm thick rock wool board, the oven keeps good heat preservation. A circulation fan cycles hot air uniformly that results quality curing effect.

Powder Coating Conveyor System: 

1.Our speed adjustable conveyor system automatically and continuously drives workpieces from stage to stage with safety and stability 

2.We will design lightweight or heavy-duty I Beam conveyor depending on the weight, size and even the shape of the items being transported as well as the type of finishing process being applied.

3.A complete overhead conveyor system includes, rails (or I beam), chains, drive unit, hangers, trolleys, tension device, etc 

4.Our conveyor system suits long-distance transportion in continuous space with low noise, and bear the high temperature in the curing tunnel, long lifespan, simple installation and maintenance
