The KF-669T-C powder coating machine with 500ml cup is specially suited for working with minimum quantity of powder for testing jobs. Based on Kafan 10+ years techology, it offers high transfer efficiency resulted in lower operating costs, excellent wrap performance for even complex workparts.
1. An easy-to-use interface allows 0-100kv digitally adjustable by "+" & "-" keybords, flexible parameter regulation makes optimal coating for different shaped of workparts.
2. There are 3 on-touch intelligent buttons which stand for 3 pre-setting programs specially designed for powder coating beginners when quickly change metal shapes

Our manual powder gun applies 100kv electrostatic technology that delivers superior transfer efficiency. which means more powders stick to the target rather than being wasted as overspray. which greatly reduce powder waste,
The 100kv gun creates a powerful electrostatic field thus the powders are highly charged and are strongly attracted to metal parts for maximum the "wrap-around" effect, ensuring uniform coating film coverage even on complex shapes and deep corners
