100kv Powerful Electrostatic Spray Gun

Our manual powder gun applies 100kv electrostatic technology that delivers superior transfer efficiency. which means more powders stick to the target rather than being wasted as overspray. which greatly reduce powder waste, 

The 100kv gun creates a powerful electrostatic field thus the powders are highly charged and are strongly attracted to metal parts for maximum the "wrap-around" effect, ensuring uniform coating film coverage even on complex shapes and deep corners

Fluidizing based powder hopper ensures constant and smooth powder flow for better finish quality. It is easy to be disassembled into seperated parts without any tools, quick for cleaning and color change.
