The powder coating system combines double guns and controllers that allows two operaters spraying at the same time, which increases efficiency when coating large workpieces or achieving higher production. There are two types of double gun system for choice, box feed type and fluidizing type.
Box feed type: suitable for multi colors application, allows directly conveying powders from original powder carton to the gun for spraying, without hopper it features quick operation during color changes.
Fluidizing hopper type: suitable for single color application, powders are completely fluidized and will have minimal contamination stored in this well-sealed container, and easily conveyed to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency.
