The 6-axis powder coating robot arm replaces manual operation lasting 24h job, which greatly increase production and save labor cost. It is especially for complex shapes that automatic reciprocating system can not work well.

2. Robot joints are made of high-intensity aluminum, ensuring the precision and reliability in high-speed working.

3. Constructed by servo motor and harmonic reducer, features small dimension, wide working range, and high accuracy.

4. Designed fully sealed that is dustproof, waterproof and explosion-proof, with an IP grade of 67.

5. Robot body is internal wiring that is safe and environmental-friendly.
