COLO-668T-C powder coating gun with 500ml cup is designed for small powder coating job or lab testing use. The intelligent system is easy to operate, suitable for first time powder coaters or experienced coaters.

Intelligent Controller

The intelligent conrtoller has one-touch operation buttons standing for 4 pre-sets coating programs, giving quick change of different metal shapes: 

1 Flat mode, suitable simple panel shape parts.

2. Corner mode,suitable for coating deep corner

3. Re-coat mode, suitable for repairing coating

4. Pulse coating mode: repidly recharge the powder for high transfer efficiency, a coating option that is able to penetrate tough Faraday cage areas, reducing time and material consumption

100Kv Manual Power Gun

100 kV powder spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time use, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.


The lightweight and ergonomic design enables you to do jobs at ease. We use high quality engineering materials for less wear and longer life.


Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat nozzles, round nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.

Packing & Delivery

Order of powder coating gun and parts, wooden case for sea shipping, cartons for international express, each machine is wrapped with film first to prevent scratch, each package is filled with foam to eliminate damage.

For powder spray booth or large quantities orders, if reach to a certain dimension, we can ship you by a full 20’ or 40’ container. That is much safer.
